maxcat128 28 Posted January 16, 2015 I have a small piece of cut, colored transfer heat material that I would like to try out on a tee shirt- I don't have a clamshell heat press yet, but do have a Teflon pressing cloth and a hot hand iron. Think this might work??
Sue2 920 Posted January 16, 2015 MIRROR? Sorry... For pressing graphics & words onto shirts and items, you have to cut the file mirrored (backwards) so when you press it onto the shirt or whatever it will read right. Your photo above looks like it is not mirrored. The eagle will look okay facing right or left...the lettering won't. Sue2

30-284 86 Posted January 16, 2015 Cut it out in reverse so when you install on the shirt it will be correct.

Think this might work?? To answer your main question..... Yes, a hand iron will work pretty well (not perfect) if you have a good hot iron and lots of pressure. knucklehead 530 Posted January 16, 2015 Sorry, Don't understand. Go ahead and press it on the shirt, and you will understand. Sometimes, seeing for yourself, is the best teacher.
