PhaedrusZen 55 Posted October 12, 2014 Maybe this is obvious and I'm missing it, or perhaps it's just not the way the software works, but I was wondering if it's possible to cut one project and open a separate workspace and begin laying out the next project. I've got jobs with multiple components that I import and arrange before cutting, and it would be nice to work on one layout while the other is cutting. Any ideas? Thanks! slice&dice 2,450 Posted October 12, 2014 This is one of the terrific features of SignBlazerElements ----- you can open as many instances of the program as you wish. That's not a feature of the CraftEdge 'pro' product.

That's not a feature of the CraftEdge 'pro' product. It's a shame no one has tried to update the SB program. It has some great options. Still ahead of similar cutting programs. 101LEDs 100 Posted October 12, 2014 You can right click on the Scalp icon in the taskbar and open another instance of the program. (Windows 8 at least)

PhaedrusZen 55 Posted October 12, 2014 Awesome! That'll keep me productive during some of the longer cuts.
LPWash 75 Posted October 15, 2014 I just click on the program like I did to open up SCAL originally and it will open up a brand new window.
