slice&dice 2,450 Posted September 7, 2014 We sometimes see these types of minor hang-ups that occur to new users, and it's always refreshing to see the results of them being able to unravel the glitches, and troubleshoot on their own (sometimes with a screwdriver) and get their cutters functioning.
