You could make it.  It is squares/checks with a stripe...size it to fit your vehicle...

You might also want to check the "Furious" series of clip art under Vehicle Graphics as those consist of artwork designed to run down the side of a vehicle...

Very similar to what i have just put on a mates Mercedes Vito van. Do this yourself, It took me all of 10 mins to draw such a simple thing
