pls help me. i been working for my new mh721. still i dont know whats the problem. the cutter did not cut the image correctly.

this is my eps file. just only simple.

Have you looked at the big Sun? Zoom it up... There is an extra object on it, that doesn't look like it should be there in your file

sir how to turn the weed lines off? do i need to turn it off in illustrator or in signcut?

Did you look at that .eps file? The Big sun doesn't look right...

^{is your file supposed to have the extra object on the sun? Look at your file at the lower left side,on the sun. there is an extra object there. That doesn't look like it belongs there.}

Hello.

Please save your files as AI-format, Compability 8,0. That normally helps. I can see that you use EPS-format.

Also when you have your file in Signcut, open the preview and check that everything looks like it should. If it does then this is a driver problem and we at SignCut Sweden need to take a look at it. If it doesn't look okay it has to do with how the file was created or saved.
