can somebody please help me with this. i have a new computer with windows 7 and i cannot load the flexi 8.1 software on it.

i really need to get this installed. i have to many jobs already created and the due dates are coming up soon.

What is it doing? or What kind of Errors are you getting?

I have 8.1v1 on Windows 7 64bit. I had problems under my first install and had to reinstall it but the second time got it working ok.

thanks, it keeps giving me error fsut.dll missing or not on computer.

then i uninstalled and installed then it gave another error but i don't remember it.

Are you sure it was FSUT.dll? When I first installed mine it told me I was missing fsutil.dll? I did a google search and couldnt find anything aobut a fsut.dll but if you want I can email you the fsutil.dll file that got mine working.

how about the solution? There may be others with the same problem down the road.

the solution is u have to make sure everything goes in the correct directory. windows 7 has a default programs directory, and then it has the x86 programs directory. when installing just make sure you pay attention to which one it first installs because it will go to the default in one of the installation steps.

Just to comment on Nona's response.  That's Windows 7 64 bit edition that has both program files and program file (x86) directory.

Which version of Flexi software?  On which computer operating system? Does the software have a USB dongle?

this appears to be a windows file and not flexi - this is a cutter forum run by volunteers and try to help new plotter users
