MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 13, 2010 just remove it, It holds it down in place during transport, make sure your cutting strip is down all the way across,
deth502 39 Posted January 13, 2010 lol, this was my first question as soon as i unpacked mine as well. i was told to remove the masking tape, which i did there is a cutter strip under the masking tape that you dont remove, so dont get too carried away ripping things off !! BannerJohn 1,324 Posted January 13, 2010 that fuzzy strip is for when you are cutting through things like card stock..so your blade will last longer.
MrMopar64 47 Posted January 16, 2010 lol I didn't even have enough since to ask... I just pulled it off and have wondered up till now if I should have MM64
MaderDesign 3 Posted January 16, 2010 I think thats the question everyone has. I'm surprised cutting companies don't put something on the cutter saying. 1. remove strip. 2. make sure head is in track. This would save a lot of questions. Happy cutting.
