We get the lidco 50 pack from fellers for 18.99 thats like $0.38ea and they are pretty good ones. We also letter them with our info and sell them at our flea market location for $1ea and give them away when the customer spends atleast $40

How are you lettering them?  Hot Stamp?

I know places sell those putty spreaders as "ink cards" in the screen print industry. I swear there was a place that would imprint your logo/info on them...Or use your plotter to cut a logo and stick it on them.

...I usually just tell ppl (who buy simple car, wall decals) to use the shiny side of the paper backing to rub the design on with. But that is for ppl I don't want to waste cost on for a simple decal.

Great trick didnt know that one,,

I use for screen printing the same kind of squeegee, i use for vinyl signs, decals,,

If i was going to print on them, i would use a vinyl ink.. like what i use on poly bags,,,

and screen right over them,, and avoid the bumpy lines... screen above and below..
