I just got a 25'' SC Series with Vinyl Master Cut and I set eveything up and it all worked very well first try. I came to turn everything on and give it another try the next day and now I ran into an issue. The cutter is not what has an issue its the software I open it up and it works well for the most part but I now cant import images. The software works fine until I go to try and import an image and once I click on Import Image nothing pops up at all. And once I do click on Import Image and nothing pops up I can try clicking on any other option or tool and nothing functions all I get is some sort of error beep over and over until I click ( esc ) then everything functions again but I still can't Import Image cause the same exact thing happens over and over. Please Help!!

when i import an image and vectorize it, it keeps the border of the image and cuts out a square around my design, how do i get rid of this border so it only cuts out my design? please help, i’ve looked everywhere

Hey!! I'm completely new to this whole world of cutters, and I have a US Cutter Laserpoint II. I need some guidance with the SCAL Pro software (or if anyone can suggest other softwares to use with it). I've been trying to cut this "Paul Walker" quote, vinyl decal for my car, but every time i import an image and try to cut it, it's just a complete mess of overlapping cuts. Is there any way to make the image a solid image and not have all the little random cut pieces in it (if that makes any sense at all) PLEASE H E L P & Thanks!! -Reina
