I'm using flexi liyu edition.. I worked well but i changed the setting somehow and now for some reason i can't enter any letters or characters anymore. No matter what key i press the program enter vertical lines. thats it. I was stuck with the transparent color for a while it won't let me change the colors too. What can i do? I want to be abtle to type letters in the program for my designs. Thank you.

I searched for this in Vinyl Master Users on Facebook, but there's not enough people there to be a good support team. And VM's tech support is non existent. So maybe someone here can help. I have VM Cut(US Cutter) at this time. What I want to do is maybe manipulate an outline or just make my font 3 dimensional. Similar to pics. Thanks in advance. 3CkPeJy5

Cutter starts off well but midway begins cutting drag lines between letters

I have a USCutter MH1351 and am using Signblazer Elements. Machine worked fine for a few weeks but now the blade seems to cut the vinyl when moving from one letter to another, and it's the same issue with images. The first part of the text or image will cut just fine, but midway, about 10 letters in (no matter what the size of the image) the cutter doesn't seem to be lifting quick enough so it leaves a cut from one letter to another or through the image. I have tried a new blade, adjusted the blade, speed to the lowest setting, pressure, Baud Rate, paper guide tension, even tried using different software (WinPCSign) and still get the same issue no matter what I adjust. Any ideas what the problem could be?
