gunny that we are all here discussing it and OP hasn't been back on since posting this . . .
-
another thought - do you have pinch rollers about 1" or less from the outside edge of your vinyl?
-
I do not see any marks from any of the pressure rollers - did you mess with the pressure roller adjustments? how did you set your blade exposure
-
I’m still waiting for anyone to get a plotter to print
-
Impossible to say for sure but betting on the main board , the my series has had 3-4 different ones and important to get the right one

If you upload your video using the attach files at the bottom of your dialog box so we can see the video without signing into Vimeo it would help. I refuse to sign into anything provided in a hyperlink for security reasons

Did you ground the stand to the bottom of the plotter? static build up in the roll discharging thru the plotter carriage is known to fry mainboards if you didn't do that as the documentation shows

yes - reliable usb connection is one of the big things on the titan series
-
as mentioned before the titan has a much improved usb chipset over the other plotters below it and the stepper motor on the titan1 is a finer steps per inch than those below it. the titan also has a higher pressure for cutting thicker materials - more robust. while the sc2 would be a big improvement over the old MH the titan would be a leap to right below the quiet servo motor units.

the sublimation mylar balloons were popular a while back -- never heard of ones with decals

you will want to step up to a servo motor plotter to cut the noise - titan2 is the cheapest one
-
The titan has proved to have a solid usb chipset unlike the other value plotters. Just my 2 cents
-
congrats - that sounds more like it

are the pressure rollers over the grit rollers ?

heck I only cut at 16 with reflective and 12 on regular with cleancut blade that has been used for 6 months. 20 seems high. like skeeter said it is easy to cut thru the backing and break a tip on the clean cut blades - they use a finer grained (harder) carbide and the trade off for lasting so long is they are more brittle is jammed into a cutting strip on a turn. if set right I run mine hard for about a year per blade, then that old blade goes into my reflective/metallic blade holder until the next rotation because with those materials you don't do as fine of detail. skeeter is our graphtec guru and know what she speaks of.

The logo was part of a contest, not positive but thinking joecamaro came up with the winning logo

Check to make sure heating element has resistance , then move on to replace the controller would be my guess. If the platen element doesn’t have resistance or continuity then that would be bad

just making sure that your blade holder ridge is captured UNDER the holder as shown

My bet is, like said above, the ridge of the holder is not under the retainer but on top. Also the ce7000 has 2 places to put the blade, use the back one

How old is it and are you the original purchaser? I had to replace a controller on a Susie once.
-
you will need to contact uscutter support - they seldom visit the forum - but one other thing I would try is if it has a standard computer power cord try that - I had a plotter come with a defective cord once

lay down some knifeless tape along those white lines - lay your vinyl sheet down over that and use the knifeless to cut the vinyl on those huge areas - will be easier and more accurate
