I turned my pressure way down before I hook it up. Toned it down to 40psi. I then went back to use the air erasure to get these orders out for Christmas and it fell off my work table a broke the little hopper off. I then had to drive 2 hours to a harbor freight to pick up another trusty air eraser. ugh..... what a day. Once I get the orders out I will play with the pasche and see if I can figure it out......

Well, I just checked Pasche's web page and it says this unit is compatible with 220 AO. For some reason, when I push the button to etch, I get air coming out from the air hose on the pen/gun. It's not pushing the AO out of the canister. Any suggestions?

So, I bought the pasche set up with the remote quart canister. I put in my AO 220 and no go. Is this product not fine enough? It won't blow it through. Is that what your using or are you using something different?

I do have the can koozie and the new 10 oz one in stock but no 20 or 30 ounce

It is pricier, I find the cartridges last a pretty good while tho! I just adjust my pricing to off set the cost of ink as to keep my profit margin the same. I have sold quite a bit of sublimation stuff for not even trying!

I found some at Academy sports here some 2 weeks ago, the got one pallet in. I bought 10 dozen and have etched and sold everyone of them. I have people begging for more. My feelers are out all over town with every place that I know that stocks them. I talked with Yeti (actually, the very day I bought my 10 dozen) and they told me then that they were out and did not know when they would get anymore. Since then I know our Academy has gotten several shipments in. I just can't catch them. (There is a line at the store every morning at 8am with folks wanting to get their hands on them.)

I was wondering how you manage to stay caught up on a daily basis. My work at this point is all at least 7 days out. I swear I am gonna shut down the month of January.... I need that break.

or when you go to cut on the top left you will see a box that displays all the colors in your file. In this case you should have to different boxes for the two different blacks. One will already be selected by default. Just hold control on your keyboard and then select the other black. Now your image should look like what your after. Your cutter should now cut both blacks at the same time.

Sweet! So what is the difference between the pen style with the extra tank vs the bigger gun with the tank on top? I am going to order one of those tonight! by looking at the little remote canister, what is to stop someone from making their own with a slightly larger container? Say a 1 gallon size?

Thats how it starts. I wanted my machine (started with the SC, great budget machine! and now have 3 cutters) so I could do stuff for myself mainly and some friends. In less than a year it exploded. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to one key contact that made it all happen for me. I am now basically full time out of my home and busier than I want to be. Did you know you can make custom T shirts with a cutter? Thats right! All you need is the proper vinyl, Heat Transfer Vinyl ( available right here on US cutter site) and a heat press! You will be surprised how many people you can sell shirts too.

I bit the bullet from jump street and just got a printer from conde. It does its own maintanence. It cost a little more but I have ever never had any trouble.

So you still have to keep refilling the air erasure right? That to me is what is the biggest pain in the @$$. I too like the quality of the air erasure but it's kindefinitely of a pain when you got like 3 dozen mugs to do at once.

So let me ask you this.... your using the blast cabinet from harbor freight with 220 A/O. Are you also using the gun that came with the cabinet? The hole in the end is not as small/fine as the air erasure and was wondering if it would still work anyway.

I know exactly how you feel! I was the same way. I found some small stainless coffee cups at the dollar store (for a dollar!) to experiment with the etch and color. Came out good so I then moved to the yeti! They look ok too with out the color. I have done a few but once I added the rub and buff everyone wants color. Wish they had a bigger color selection. I also bought a small hydro dip kit (some of yall may remember that thread) as I see on the auction site they sell for 80 bucks dipped. I have not had the time to experiment with it yet. Just too busy. Plus who knows, once I get all the etching done and introduce the dipped..... they may all come back and reorder! Will try and get to the dipping after the first of the year. Also, the etching (for a few customers) is kinda like tattooing! They come, get a small one, pay, then come back... can you add this too? I have someone who has come back 4 times already to add something else. Paying the full rate each time!

Yes! These things are flying off the shelf here in Texas! I found an Academy last week that got a shipment in.... I bought 10 dozen on the spot! I have sold out and need more! Do not use Vinyl is my suggestion. I have people coming to me with vinyl ones where the vinyl is coming off. I etch them! I use the air erasure with 220 grit media. I then use rub and buff to color in! Folks are going nuts for this! I have folks calling me from out of state just to buy the yeti blank! I sell just the yeti, blank for 5 bucks over cost. I charge 15 bucks for etching and am slammed at the moment. I have back orders at Dicks Sporting goods, Cabeleas' , Bass Pro shops and Academy. I also call Academy's in my area everyday to see if they have gotten more in. The vinyl will work ok for awhile if its large pieces. Thinner parts like monograms tend to peel quick from feedback I get. The coldness seems to be what causes the peeling. I am doing everything from monograms to beach scenes to deer heads (ton of those) and lots of other animals, buffalo, owls, horses...... its crazy

The only worry there is age..... this is an older unit, hope I can find one. For now tho Mz SKEETER provided some great info. I hope I can find time today to mess with it. I am really just to busy for this right now. Have to fall back on my back up unit (Titan 2) for now. Still have an SC backing that up if my luck turns for the worse. Maybe after the holidays I will just sell all three and upgrade to a new graphtec!

When NOV RAM comes up it just sits there and says NOVRAM CLEAR END. No buttons will work.... have to turn it off and back on to get rid of NOVRAM

I did in fact clean the sensors. No luck. I can't get into the menu to turn off sensors. The screen stays at load media.

beating up a 50 dollar collectable car and taking a chance of selling it would make me nervous for sure. Way to think outside the box! Hope you sell lots more!
