Yup I got it too with Firefox. I sent a report saying everyting is okay with this site. -
I've been told it's not recommended on reflective because it can cause dark spots in the vinyl.

I have the wall racks and keep the 24" rolls on the top 2 rows, 15" under them seems to work out okay. I have my table under the racks and the table sticks out 35" from the wall. There are racks that keep the roll of vinyl parallel to the wall. I walked into a stereo shop, saw their decals stuck on a display case and said "I can make those". The shop owner asked me to make a few and bring them back, I did and got an order. -

What I would try is make one rectangle. Click on cut/plot, when the cut/plot window opens, under the General Tab bump up the quantity to however many you want. Next to quantity is the copy spacing make it 0.00. Then go to the Options tab and turn off Weed Border. Next to Weed Border is Panel Margin make it 0.00 and give that a try. I just cut out 10 rectangles, 2 horizontal rows of 5 and they were tight up against one another on all sides. My cutter cut the path between both rectangles twice but no little strings of vinyl in between. here's the test. it was a piece of scrap. I took out every other rectangle so they would show up.
