Yeah, so far I am thrilled with it. I have watched a few You Tube videos on it. Just need some time to play around with it, maybe I can finally break away from sign blazer. I tried flexi starter OK sure cuts I never even opened but this looks like it might be a winner ...

I get mine from ACP and they are one minute from me so I don't have to pay shipping they work great 400 degree 1 minute... It's really no different then the metal on phone inserts

Have you tried a different cutting program to make sure yours didnt become corrupt? Try Sign blazer just to try it free install ...
