Welcome, Good luck. Make sure you put a ground wire on that cutter, cutter to stand. A lot of static comes from vinyl and you can fry the z-chip on it. That cutter has very limited memory, static problems, tracking problems. Should have stopped here first and read. We would have done our best to steer you to a better cutter with less problems. Anything above the MH would have been a better cutter. The MH is considered a bottom of the barrel cutter.

Put the vinyl lower right corner, just past the cutting strip and away from the right side of the machine. Place blade lower right corner. Push ORIGIN, before sending cut. It has to be past the cutting strip or it may hit it and cause vinyl to crunch all up. If your just learning, start slow. Place the pinch rollers an equal distance from the vinyl edge, like about 1 inch. Never be pulling from the vinyl roll while cutting. Always have enough vinyl slack behind the cutter to do the entire order. And this is how to set the blade depth correctly. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing. You should just barely see and feel your blade tip out of the blade holder.

Yes, in the CutFile Manager, you can edit both the Width and Length of the Vinyl tiles and add Overlap at those points. In the Attachment the Circle is 48 inches with a .5 inch Overlap along it's Width and Length. (Pro Version shown)

That's just the nature of florescent colors. They use UV light to get that color and as a result they break down faster than other colors. I looked into it once, it's fascinating how florescent colors work.
