Sign cut in test mode and wont let me do anything HELP!!!!

Recommended Posts

I purchased my plotter/cutter on ebay from selltopia and this is what the auction says:

Signcut X2 Software Package included

option of unlimited use of LE version

or 3 year subscription to PE version

(PE is the highest end version.  All other

vinyl cutters on eBay include basic

software which is of limited use. Signcut

X2 PE simply blows away the

competition.  Do not even consider

using Artcut, if you don't understand,

e-mail us for details.)

However, all of a sudden it started tiling and doing weird things. My husband looked at it and he thinks it is in test mode. I really need to cut something does anyone now how to fix this? It looks like I only had a 1 month license?? HELP me, please! Maybe I went through the registration process wrong, I need something cut ASAP. Please help!

if it doesn't have an expiration date for the license, you did something wrong when you registered. If you took the full version,it should have a date sometime in 2010.

I think you just need to go to www.sc-x2.com and select price list. Then select the 3 year PE for $99. When it asks you for payment method, instead of credit card, select Purchase Ticket. Then enter your license # and Purchase Ticket code when asked. You then should be registered properly and out of test mode.

Thanks everyone! I finally noticed that there was a 100 USD value and I purchased what I needed.
