ifingerpaint2 0 Posted June 9, 2007 I really think that I have worked out most of my questions, but here is another one... When I do multiples of something signcut and my copam don't seem to be conversing well on what size the vinyl really is. When I do the "U" button in the cut menu and it tells me that (for example) 3 copies will fit on the vinyl width, I cut, and sometimes that last one doesn't really fit and the cutter just sits at the edge cutting it all in one place because it ran out of room. I measure the vinyl each time befor I cut, just to be sure. What am I doing wrong?? I understand that I can sit and do the math and figure out how many really fit, but I thought that the copam reads that for me?
comanswoodwork 0 Posted June 9, 2007 I have the same issue and did not figure that one out yet. Hopefully someone will have an answer to that one for us both.

ifingerpaint2 0 Posted June 14, 2007 Guess there isn't an answer, just good old fashoned measure the vinyl, do the math. I must've misunderstood the purpose of the optical eye?
kenimes 42 Posted June 14, 2007 Not sure if the optical eye measurement is relayed to SignCut or not. I will check into it.
