Increase Line Thickness of Vectorized Image

Using LTR 5 I have pulled these images in and vectorized them. However, when I cut them on my machine, the lines are too thin for what I want. Is there a way to Increase the line thickness of these lines without having to do it manually by adjusting nodes?

Thnk of it this way --  those lines are not lines at all, they are OBJECTS, and they have an inside and an outside path on each object. In other words, a vector conversion will result in 2 skinny paths for each of those lines, rather than a trace of the lines themselves.

Oh, and the weeding on this is gonna be insane.

You could use the outline tool and then merge the outline and the original line.
