Bigfoot Graphix 0 Posted June 6, 2023 Ive got an fc8600, and I am trying to cut out a square of vinyl for a window. I set the position at 0 and 0, and the machine still starts cutting an inch over from the edge, I know its got to be something simple I am missing. When cutting on countour lines on printed material its fine, this is just a sheet of cast. Ive made sure the rollers are as on the edge as they can be, farthest right all the way on the edge and farthest left ends up having to sit about a half inch inboard, but thats where the grit roller is. I would just do it by hand but one of the squares gets a logo cut into it so regardless the positioning is key
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted June 6, 2023 Try turning off the media sensor and the pinch roller sensor, which is in background settings. I turned mine off day 1. You can cut anywhere you want. You should be able to cut right next to the edge of vinyl that way.
