    Graphtec FC8600 cant hold calibration

What I’m saying is that I do a lot of contour cut work and instead of cutting on the line it’s supposed to cut on it has gone back to cutting offset of that. The reason this bothers me is it was just calibrated and cutting perfectly. So this is cutting into my printed graphic and leaving raw vinyl in places because it’s also causing it to cut onto unprinted spaces
  2. my fc8600 was just recalibrated to be spot on for cut lines less than a week ago, and its already drifting off by over an 1/8th inch. Is this common for these or is something going out on me?
  3. Ive got an fc8600, and I am trying to cut out a square of vinyl for a window. I set the position at 0 and 0, and the machine still starts cutting an inch over from the edge, I know its got to be something simple I am missing. When cutting on countour lines on printed material its fine, this is just a sheet of cast. Ive made sure the rollers are as on the edge as they can be, farthest right all the way on the edge and farthest left ends up having to sit about a half inch inboard, but thats where the grit roller is. I would just do it by hand but one of the squares gets a logo cut into it so regardless the positioning is key
