mr300s 1,272 Posted October 25, 2015 I made a deal on a 2007 Shelby Mustang GT/SC. One of 200 Made, Whipple supercharged 780 HP. It has 5500 Miles on it that's right not a typo 5500 miles was in a collection. I couldn't turn down this deal as my 2006 GT got traded in and I got $6,500.00 for it more than I paid. I have only done that in the past with any Harley never a car.

Wildgoose 4,200 Posted October 25, 2015 Nice. Only question I have is does a guy DRIVE a car like that? I would, but doing so will definitely effect it's value. I guess it's like a very fine wine (although I'm not a wine drinker) if you can afford it in the first place then you can afford to savor it's flavor. Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted October 27, 2015 Yeah and maybe we could even race You need to move to the sunny south anyway lol- hasn't been out of the barn in 8 years - did try this year and had bought the wrong battery - maybe next year, on the race I'm not even in the same country as the shelby although in 65 the hipo 289 with posi trac and 4 speed was the right combo - it is no match for todays computers, superchargers, etc. I will be happy if I get it out next year though as it has been way too long life has just gotten in the way for years. I look forward to getting down there and seeing it bill but with the grandbaby on the way this winter and the cruise next summer we are at least a year away . . . again
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted October 27, 2015 funny man on the snow image - just got the snow blower fixed up with new scraper blade and skid plates. brrrrrrrrnow on getting mine down there I would need an enclosed trailer at the least to even consider it - 31K miles since 65 makes it somewhat rare in it's own rite
