Sure Cuts A Lot Pro 3 and Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11 / SC Cutter

I just upgraded my MacBook Pro 2008 from OS X 10.6.8 to El Capital 10.11

 

I'm using Sure Cuts a Lot Pro 3 and my cutter (SC) is going berserk. 

I had it tuned perfectly before the upgrade with no problems. 

 

I read somewhere that there was a patch when Mavericks came out to disable the Apple USB drive upgrade.  

 

 

Any info on this?

Same issue here. If I leave the screen and try to look at any other program now SCAL pauses after 1 min and I have to look at the SCAL page for a second to get it to start cutting again. Super annoying.

USCutter has old versions for PC & Mac located here:  http://www.uscuttersupport.com/downloads.php 

 

Not sure if it will help but it may be worth a try.
