vinylgraphicsfx 3 Posted March 11, 2014 Anyone done the rear window of this vehicle? did you have to do anything special because of the amount of arc this window has?
skarekrow 1,841 Posted March 11, 2014 I haven't done one but, doesn't look like anything a little heat wont cure.
vinylgraphicsfx 3 Posted March 11, 2014 my concern is if I cut the sticker strait with no skewing at all is it gonna look strait on the window?
darcshadow 1,616 Posted March 11, 2014 Would probably depend on the design and how good you are with a heat gun. There's a thread on here some place about how to take measurements of a window and get the proper curve so things will look straight.
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted March 11, 2014 It definitely distorts lines of text. I've done car club logos on them but the text was already on an arc so you really couldn't tell. The logos were 20x22 in chrome and depending on how high or low they were on the glass we had to cut a relief in 1 spot to get them to lay down. Chrome is NOT conformable. jessefisher4 35 Posted March 11, 2014 Put a straight edge across the top corners and measure the drop to the center of the glass.
