We did a set of three for a friends wedding with their name on the underside so you san see it through from the top like that. (sand blast etched) They loved it.

Blasted my sister's name on a set, a couple years ago. I'm a little rough around the edges I guess, if we take something, the dish leaves when we do. And I try to fill it back up, before leaving.
