How tight can I roll w/o damage.

I usually ship most small decals in a 6x9 with a piece of cardboard inside, 12x12s I sandwich between 2 pieces of cardboard, But now I have some requests for some 30x9 and 50x12. I am thinking about rolling them down to a 12" dia to fit in a 12x12x12 priority box. I use greenstar with a medium tack app tape.  Do you guys think it would make the trip without any issues from being rolled.

You should be fine with that. Just make sure to roll it with the decal facing out.

Sometimes I'll cut and tape a project and get busy with something else so I roll it on old vinyl tubes (3") until I get back to it and never had a problem. +1 on rolling it vinyl out.

I roll it in .... Oh wait we're talking about vinyl lol yup should be fine with that tight and always roll vinyl out I learned the hard way.

I have shipped many decals that size actually,,  60" x 12"  I purchase   12" x 6" x 4"  open top boxes, from Uline.com as well as  18" x 6" x 4"  open top boxes.   and shipped FIRST CLASS  with tracking easily.

I roll mine loosely about 4" diameter for a 60" long stripe.  no problems.
