weld and seperate

Recommended Posts

Quick question.

In corel draw X6, is there a way to separate a weld?

I know it can be done in other programs, but can't seem to find it in draw.

Thanks

I don't know of a way unless you just did it and can undo from where you're at

Will Arrange > Break Apart (Ctrl-K) do what you want?  Like Jaybird said, unless you can Undo it, I don't know of any other way...

Nope, the break apart changes to break curve apart when it is selected.

When you get a few of them welded then realize you screwed up the first one, it sux to have to undo all of them to get back to the first.

you would think there was a way.

They do it that way so we remember our mistakes. Sadistic but effective.

I always make a copy of the objects or text that is going to welded, then I can go in and change the text/objects. Even if I close out the file.
