skarekrow 1,842 Posted November 11, 2013 Here's the subject cut out from the background. Done in Photoshop with selection tools and the Eraser.. Then I desaturated and used posterize and cutout filters to arrive at this 4 color rendering; From there I traced the .png image in Inkscape and produced these; Rhinola4Layer.svg Rhinola4Layer.eps That's all just a quickie to let you know the process. You may just want to create a single stencil to render the image... Same process just choke the filters more.

Jdt92065 0 Posted November 12, 2013 is it possible to do just a single color rendering , like black that way i can make a simple stencil out of it, Cant seem to figure it out
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted November 12, 2013 I took skarekrow's image w/o the background into corel paint and filled the rhino a solid color. Imported that into Corel and did a trace for the silhouette you needed. It still nas a lot of the rough edges so depending on your needs it may be perfect or you may want to smooth it with a node editor. rhino.eps
skarekrow 1,842 Posted November 12, 2013 Here's another way with a few contours. Just cranked down on the Posterize and cutout filters in Photoshop a bit more. Rhinola2color.eps What software are you using, Jdt?
