sure cuts file to illustrator file

Can someone please help me convert a sure cuts file to an illustrator file

 

I tried a trial version of sure cuts but when I export and convert file it displays DEMO instead of the file

 

am I missing something?

 

also I can't upload the file because it says I'm not aloud to post that kind of file

 

I don't know 

 

I'm lost here
