supergirl 0 Posted March 13, 2013 ok I was having issues with my cutter not responding to the computer. Everyone including me thought it was the usb to usb however I found out that the usb chip came loose from the board. so i went and bought a usb to serial cable, hoping to solve the problem. Not that lucky! Now when I hit the cut button my computer has the box with the bar showing you that the machine is suppose to be cutting but its not nothing happens. So I thought I would try to cut from sign blazer which I have never used and it wont let me pass the registration because I dont have the serial number for the software. I bought it from an individual and I have 2 disk(which look the same to me) but I dont have a serial number. Can anyone help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
