ok I am confused which is not a suprise! I understand about the cable and Im going to look into the serial card but I dont understand why it was working fine for the last 6months until the usb broke loose from the board and now it wont cut. I know you guys know what your talking about but is that possible?

Ok so after I installed my serial to USB cable I can't get my cutter cutting again:( using the sir cuts a lot. It acts as if it is cutting and I can watch the bar counting down to the finish but the machine is not cutting. I went to sign blazer and the same thing. Looking at the computer you would think it is worki g properly but the machine is not doing anything.

ok I was having issues with my cutter not responding to the computer. Everyone including me thought it was the usb to usb however I found out that the usb chip came loose from the board. so i went and bought a usb to serial cable, hoping to solve the problem. Not that lucky! Now when I hit the cut button my computer has the box with the bar showing you that the machine is suppose to be cutting but its not nothing happens. So I thought I would try to cut from sign blazer which I have never used and it wont let me pass the registration because I dont have the serial number for the software. I bought it from an individual and I have 2 disk(which look the same to me) but I dont have a serial number. Can anyone help

Im using USB cable. I havent tried sign Blazer that I might have to see if it does it too, Im about to pull my hair out! ugh Ha Ha sorry I just had to let that out:)

I am having problems with my sir cuts alot program commuincating with my uscutter model MH. For some reason every once in awhile I cannot get my machine to cut anything. When I choose the cut icon nothing happens, sometimes I can go to manage my cutter and choose us cutter and then it will cut. other times I can cut my cutter off and then back on and then it will cut. Other times nothing I do works and I just have to walk away and come back later and hope it works when I get back And sometimes I come back to my computer and I have to reactivate my whole program! any Ideas?

Ok truth is this is my first Love! Awesome car awesome paint awesome stripes not so sure about the cobra jet sticker but I absolutely love the twisted 69 sticker! Great job
