JoeCamaro 11 Posted February 5, 2008 HEY JOE do you ever prewash your shirts to keep them from shrinking??? what would happen if it shrank with the thermoflex applied?? I never prewash them. I have never had a problem with them shrinking nor a complain from any customer. I have read that the only problem that could happen is if there is a large vinyl area and the shirt shrinks considerably, then the vinyl will wrinkle something. I havent seen it myself tho, just what I've read. I also read there is nothing to worry for small/medium areas. By large areas I mean like a large rectangle or circle or large continous graphic. The graphic you made is large but it is not continous as it has free spaces negative areas. Do you get the picture? I've read this in another forum, in which people were describing it. I guess it all depends in what vinyl you use too. I use Poli-Flex, which is expensive, but has a real soft-hand to it.
