xJoey Dubsx 42 Posted February 7, 2011 Apparently I'm known for my fast delivery on banners now, haha.. I posted this thread last week, where a guy called me on a tuesday and needed a banner by thursday, so I started work on weds for him. http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,32545.0.html Well that guy's buddy, who's company works together with his company, needed a banner for the home and garden show here in cleveland, in you guessed it, just 2 days... so he called we weds, and I had it done on friday for him.. Good guys though, and don't mind the rush jobs, pays well for sure.. Here it is at the home and garden show, I went since they gave me free tickets along with my payment.. And the first guys banner up. http://i912.photobucket.com/albums/ac328/xjoeydubsx/3am%20customs/94884152_photobucket_12489_.jpg[/img]

stetson5331 80 Posted February 7, 2011 Nice work..Is that a type writer font? Thanks stetson5331 I like rush jobs..I get a fee for those to bump them up in line...I always like the ones that are too busy to get it done ahead of time rather than be in a rush... XLII-Guy 8 Posted February 7, 2011 I like your sayngs..Do they work well for ya? Once you explain to the client what it actually means, they get it. Good + Quick = Not Cheap Good + Cheap = Not Quick Cheap + Quick = Not Good

xJoey Dubsx 42 Posted February 8, 2011 Lol no, I have an account with N. Glantz and Son, and they are about 10 minutes from my house. They cut it for me. The first banner, (Deckmasters) he already had the banner, we put it on the back of an old one. Even so, Grimco delievers to me next day, as long as I order before 3pm, and they only charge me the cost of 1 gallon of gas for shipping!
BannerJohn 1,324 Posted February 8, 2011 I buy hemmed and grommeted banner rolls...and always keep 2,3,and 4 foot widths in stock. And it's WAY cheaper that way too.Less than $1 a running foot, average.

I usually get US Banner's hemmed/grommetted from signsplusbanners.com which takes 2 days to get, but only use above in rushes.
