kenimes 42 Posted December 21, 2007 The PCut uses a fan and duct system to help hold the material flat while feeding, which means extra pinch rollers are not needed. We do have them though, if you would like: www.uscutterdirect.com
tservice 3 Posted December 22, 2007 We have had no problems cutting 24" with 2 pinch rollers.
stickygrafix 2 Posted December 22, 2007 I use 24" wide vinyl every day and not having a 3rd roller has not been an issue. the only thing that DOES suck about the fan system is it puts out quite a bit of cold air on you if you sit close to it. BRRRR! My next venture with this machine is I want to try cutting window tint. wish me luck! lol
Jerry Bonham 1 Posted December 24, 2007 If you are going to be cutting window tint film then use a new blade. Also ensure that you do you test cuts at the lowest pressure and work upwards until you get the correct pressure. Window tint film has a backing normally that is thinner than the actual film being cut. The opposite to vinyl. You should not have any problems if you use a new blade. Jerry from SignBlazer. Jerry Bonham 1 Posted December 28, 2007 Now how did that happen? I posted a reply to a question about tint film and it finished up here? Mysteries of computers. Jerry from SignBlazer.
