I love those! I was checking them out the other day. Seems like it's a banner like material that you velcro to the garage door. Only problem is that it only really works with a solid door not a door that has hinged panels.

I hear what you are saying. If one could find a lightweight panel like corroplast the width of a hinged garage door, they could lay a design out on the panels (to overcome the heavy embossing in door face) and then apply the panels to the door with adhesion. If one had the ambition it could present well. I'll be the first to admit that someone isn't me.
