Cannot cut from corel draw 9 using lpt port

Hello all,

I recieved my Refine MH721 on Monday and have been trying to get it to cut from Corel Draw 9 using Parallel LPT3 port. I have tried the Corel Drivers downloaded form the us cutter site but have had no luck. How do I get this thing to work?

The Corel drivers on our site are for the Copam series cutters. I have not heard of a user getting our Refine to cut directly from Corel, you will need to import your Corel files to the cutting software to cut out.

I export from Corel as a AI file and sign cut will cut it with no issues.  Good luck

I believe that it may work with a plug in called sign tools???

Might want to look into that, But Im not 100%

Tater is right as always. I am pretty sure you need some kind of plug-in. Corel is,after all, a design program,.not a cutting program. I have it,don't use it. SignBlazer and Flexi do all I want and cut too.

You can cut directly from Corel Draw

There is now a document in the downloads section of our support site that shows screen shots of how another user setup a Refine cutter to cut/ plot directly from Corel.
