Muttley 0 Posted February 20, 2009 Did this one the other night. These decals are fun, but not very profitable, and easier to print then layer like this one.
moparmutt 0 Posted February 20, 2009 Looks good. I like the road runner. Is that 5 layers?
Muttley 0 Posted February 20, 2009 5 colors, technically its' 2 layers. I used resignation marks, and just started at the top and worked my way down.

SandyM114 0 Posted February 24, 2009 What do you mean when you say it's technically 2 layers, even though there are 5 colors? Someone else said this same thing in another post. Thanks. Sandy
Cozy 3 Posted February 24, 2009 Ahhhhh....I get it ...I think. Are you laying the colors down (using reg. marks) and then trapping with the black?
Muttley 0 Posted February 24, 2009 My first layer is black; the other layers are the colors. I cut out the decal with registration marks and weeded each color. I started with the white color first, applying the clear transfer tape to it. I then applied the white color to the red color using the same tape. Removing the white and red colors, I then applied them to the yellow and blue colors in the same fashion. Once I had all of the colors together on the same piece of app-tape, I applied them to the black color. I cut off the registration marks and extra app-tape before I took the picture. Practice with a few smaller 2 and 3 color designs first, you will get the hang of it.
