    Sweatshirts?

Just did a dozen hoodies. I used Jiffyshirts and ordered Gildan hoodies. Also used Sisser easyweed. Everything turned out great!

    Wide Format Printer

Start with a small desk top first. You will be in it for less money, and if it's not for you, the desktop can also print you invoices! Look around for some free samples of inkjet media and overlaminate, cut them down to fit in the desk top. This is currently what I am doing, until I can afford a larger printer.

    Who uses JPSS for shirts?

A big to JPSS! I have an Epson with he Claria inks, and it works great. I have even done JPSS on dark shirts, it gave it an old / weathered / antiqued look. Muttley

    laser engraver vs. cnc router

I looked through the instructions on how to build the $60 laser, looked as though it would work for your needs for now! Piece together the laser for now, and do a few engravings. If it takes off, you should surly be able to purchase a better unit later. I may even take a wack at building a laser engraver.... now where is the old DVD burner at???

    1000 dollar job

Great Job As a side note, silicone and tape may not be enough to hold the foam letters up. Another trick is to run a screw down through the top of the letters, at an angle, and into the substraight/wall. Muttley

  14. John, I like to keep my options open, so if you finally decide on subbing out work to someone on the forum, do tell who and why you chose them! I would rather sub to someone on here than take a chance somewere else.
