2GuysSign 4 Posted January 27, 2009 Here is a banner that we donated to Seneca High School for their Deca Fashion Show! This is a big thing for all deca programs, as most of you know and Seneca High School needed a banner to advertise for theirs. We donated the banner for advertising rights during their show! I did the banner cheap and used Shine Rite Vinyl from Fellers... My opinion on the vinyl is little hard to weed, need more pressure then Oracal, but for a cheap vinyl, it has a better shine then oracal 651 and lasts the same!
