Guest Schramm Posted December 9, 2008 Well I know all you whiskey lovers can apprieciate wanting to keep the bottles you polish off but the question is what to do with them!? Well here is my solution and man it is a fun one! Watch a whiskey bottle transform in front of your eyes from clear glass to a mirrored whiskey bottle. Let me know what you think:

bhoran56 0 Posted May 5, 2009 Can this be done on the outside of a bottle? (if I wanted to mirror a brown or green glass bottle.) If so, I would assume it would mean having a much larger volume of the material, and a basin to dip it in.
JoeBlow 5 Posted May 5, 2009 Great Video, I've now found another reason too increase my alcohol consumption.
Guest Schramm Posted May 5, 2009 I can do exteriors of bottles using what is called a flow over method, this attaches very quickly to the bottle but if you want the mirrored look you would have to coat the piece in lacquer.

pitbull1126 2 Posted May 14, 2011 So, what are the chemicals needed to do this process? I'd rather not buy these online kits.
