jodyb 0 Posted July 3, 2007 What I am trying to do is create text that has options like in word art in MS Word. Does inkscape or sign cut have these options? Probably not? Thanks in advance, JodyB
TaterNuts 3 Posted July 3, 2007 You can create all kinds of things with letters, outlines, shadows, drop shadows, distortions, etc... And you dont have to use MS Word. I personally use WinPCSign, but I think that most of these options are avaliable in InkScape. However, the gradients like in WordArt will not be obtainabe since the machine is only a cutter, and not a printer.
jodyb 0 Posted July 3, 2007 Tater what is the best way to contact you? I have to go a different route with these programs (sign cut and inkscape). They are not user friendly at all. I am considering new programming all the way around and need advice on winpcsign. Thanks again. JodyB
kenimes 42 Posted July 3, 2007 We will also have a new program which is ALOT more user friendly than SignCut and InkScape available in a week or so. It is SignBlazer Elements, and does graphics and cutting all-in-one.
