what kind of vinyl for carhart

Can anyone tell me if you can use t-shirt vinyl on carhart material. If you can is there a special kind. Any help would be appreciated.

I would say any heatpress vinyl would work, but I'm not 100% sure as I have never did it on cardhart material.

I don't think you'll get regular t-shirt vinyl to stick without burning the crap out of it. You won't burn the material, but all that treatment stuff, will burn. Is this a new jacket? Maybe flock stuff would work on one that's been washed a few times? Maybe? Sure would hate to see a big Brown square burnt into a hundred dollar+ jacket.

Thermoflex Plus will work just fine. I had to press it for slightly longer but it worked good.
