Hello, I'm using SignMaster v3. I have a design that I'm trying to send to RIP and print to plotter, but it prints the markers wrong and it's not readable. If the circle I'm trying to print and cut has markers at 15cm distance from each other, on the X axis they are at 15cm but on the Y axis they are at 12cm. The circle is printed correctly. Things I've tried so far: 1. Reinstalling the software - no change 2. Trying JPG and TIFF formats - same thing 3. Print as PDF, saving as PDF through Microsoft PDF and then sending to print - didn't work. If I choose print directly on a digital printer it works fine. But, when needed to be sent to rip, it doesn't. I'm using FlexiPrint for rip. Scanned PDF.pdf template.pdf

Empty/white areas are printing with a slight tint
Guest posted a topic in VinylMaster CUT, LTR, PRO & DSR
Just trying to figure out why the empty/white areas of an image are printing with a slight tint. I'm using the Versaworks save-to-pdf procedure, and printing/cutting on a Roland VersCamm SP-300V thru VersaWorks. Thanks!- 2 replies

Sometimes I create PDFs in AutoCAD from drawings and import them into Sure Cuts A Lot, and even though it is not visible on the SCAL screen, there will be a bounding box around the graphic. I have tried creating the PDF from both model space and paper space with the same issue. Does not happen all the time, and I cannot see any difference in what I am doing. Another issue I had over the weekend was scaling text. I created a sign (using AmarilloUSAF.ttf font) - as you start adding letters, they come in at 1" high. After I finish the text I try to scale the text to 7" and it often will not change - or else I have to change it incrementally - from 1" to 3", to 6" to 7". A couple of times it would not scale at all. Any suggestions?
