  1. Hello, I'm using SignMaster v3. I have a design that I'm trying to send to RIP and print to plotter, but it prints the markers wrong and it's not readable. If the circle I'm trying to print and cut has markers at 15cm distance from each other, on the X axis they are at 15cm but on the Y axis they are at 12cm. The circle is printed correctly. Things I've tried so far: 1. Reinstalling the software - no change 2. Trying JPG and TIFF formats - same thing 3. Print as PDF, saving as PDF through Microsoft PDF and then sending to print - didn't work. If I choose print directly on a digital printer it works fine. But, when needed to be sent to rip, it doesn't. I'm using FlexiPrint for rip. Scanned PDF.pdf template.pdf
  2. I have a Graphtec i-Mark Gemini Label Die Cutting System and for the most part it works okay. One frustrating issue is that it will do a few sheets and then tell me "marks not found-timed out". Then do a few more and the same thing. Sometimes if I restart the cutter it will work again for a few more. Anyone else have the same issue or better a solution. I have 500 sheets to print and cut on Monday. I am cutting glossy label stock. The marks are as per the manual 4mm in size and at the minimum positions on the sheet. Sometimes it is the front mark and other its the back sheets are printed at the same time. This happens with all jobs with numerous sheets. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Morrie
  3. Ok, I've been using VinylMaster Cut for a few months now. I always use the "place registration marks" option for multicolored designs, right in the design page rather than in the spooler (which adds 4) as I only use the top 2. I've been getting the 4 pointed shape with a circle in the middle. This is fine. However, lately, I must have accidentally changed their settings, as they aren't visible anymore when I add them. They're there, but they are squares on a 45 that are only visible in wireframe mode. I want my original settings back! Anyone know what I did, and how to fix it?? Thanks!
  4. I have media that cannot be printed on and because of that I can't put registration marks. the media is bland and doesn't need to be cut in a specific location but just optimize the room for the the most cutting per sqaure foot. Please help i am new to this.
