I tried 1 letter when it started and the same thing . I can use " select all " but otherwise can't select or do anything to anything on the workspace , no matter where on the workspace . SCALPro works on my laptop and worked for Chuck ( o his moniter ) when he was in control remorely , so it is something with my desktop .

Seems strange that this does not deserve more attention . I e-mailed Craft Edge a couple times with no response at all . When SignBlazer became USC's inhouse software , the parent company Color Chrome First had a major presence here on the forum . Jerry the owner would work on any problem for anybody .

Chuck , member Ash Computers tried to figure out the mouse jumping issue via remore control . He spent around 1/2 hour resetting everything with no difference at all . You are going to call US Cutter ?? & using Sure Cuts A Lot Pro ( SCALPro ) ?

In my day , when you wanted a ride , you held your thumb in the direction you were walking . That indicated you wanted a ride . Most people walking now are doing it on purpose for health reasons . Walking as you " hitched " a ride showed people you were not a lazy ass sitting on a curb waiting for a ride . It may have been cheaper to put an engine in your car ??

I would make and use the decal , but I would not try to fool or convince myself that I had the right to do that . The stuff belongs to Rousch Fenway racing . Owning something that others want does not oblige you to make it available imo . The only way it is " right " is if you ask permission & that gets granted . Just because something is not criminally pursued , does not mean it is not a crime . I don't care to go any deeper into this .MANY civil actions are about laws being broken , which means it was illegal .

Never did . E-mailed Craft Edge several times with no response . Disappointing to say the least . probably an issue with my computer , but I figured SCALPro support would want to try and help . I have not designed anything in SCALPro since . SignBlazer gets used . I do cut some things with SCALPro still ...

I agree with you , but technically it is stealing imo . I took something I did not pay for . " Intellectual " property is still property . Sometimes much money is spent developing the product with the intention of it paying off & making a profit . I consider myself honest , yet I watch the free live online streams of fights etc . I would never pay what they charge for those events , so they do not lose any money . I know anybody can " justify " doing about anything .. heck Charles Manson justifies what he has done . Like in all things , there is a realistic view that is practical . If it does not cost , hurt or cause a loss to somebody ... it is fair game for me .

I am not busting on you Slice . Just informing anybody who does not know what the forum rules state . I don't " report " posts with copyrighted stuff . As a business owner , I think it is disrespectfull to the business to do things that have been clearly stated NOT to do . I have asked for and gotten copyrighted stuff . Many things are like jay-walking , illegal but rarely persued . Disney , H-D , Nascar are much more pro-active in copyright infringement violation than others .

Plus copyrighted stuff is not supposed to be posted in this forum . Requests like that should at least be asked to send via personal message. e-mail etc . I don't really care if copyrighted stuff is being used for commercial use or for personal use , I figure everybody is old enough to make their own choices & accept any results , etc . I would not like to see this forum become a liability to the owners & shut down . I have made copyrighted stuff for myself , which is just as illegal and wrong . I don't like thiefs , but technically I am by doing that .

I had to turn that off on my phone because of that . When you downsize some decals that have small areas when say 12" , if you cut them at 3" , those cuts seem like the description of the OP . I delete those when making small decals because they are impossible to weed or see after weeding .

Updates for SignBlazer ...... Your post is the newest post about 1 of the oldest issues . SignBlazer went out of business around 5 years ago . no updates since then . Much easier for you to read about it in the SignBlazer section if you want more details . I have a Copam & never have seen a jog option ... I take it you don't have the original cd that came with your cutter ?

I have not seen any of those type of files With SCALPro being an evolved craft software , the multi-cut is a common problem . It has been posted about several times here already . I have had settings in different softwares change without any input from me many times . With the info supplied by the OP ( " My machine keeps re cutting the SAME pattern over and over again " ) and just buying a MH cutter , it is a safe bet to say he is using SCALPro & the multi-cut is the problem . I hjave several designs where I delete small cuts when I downsize them significantly . If I don't , I would describe the cutter's cutting action for those small cuts the same way the OP did his .

Hey Bear , I knew I could count on you and would sooner or later get that from you , when I seen the PINK cake . I don't think Slice knows about the fun we had with Ash , Stetty , Roxy etc ... but it is strange for a PINK cake to be used !!! I am " almost " glad Ash & Stetty are not around , I would really be taking a beating on this . I don't remember the 1rst post ... It is hard to remember many things , especially trivial things ... there are only a couple things that I remember the 1rst time

Like what was asked , more info is usefull . I have an extreme amount of perception ... and think you are using SCALPro ( well .... since it is the packaged software USC supplies with the cutters ) . In the cut window , make sure " multi-cut " is turned off . If you have made the decal smaller , some cuts do seem to be what you describe . I remove those cuts ( node editing ) .

It seems about everything in life & especially in business is a calculated gamble . My take is that you are willing to spend about 1/3 of the cost of a new unit ( maybe not a 60" , but a 24" at least ) for a used broken cutter . I would check it out also , but if it isnt a cheap simple repair ... not a logical decision imo . New with a warrnaty is a VERY safe bet . It depends on how much os a " Murphy's law " person you are . The most humorous/ironic part of Murphy's law is when it starts out .. It states ... Murphy was an opptimist

That makes me think of the people who have put about everything imaginable down mine shafts in WV. I know of trailer full of tires coming from Md to go into a shaft . That is bad , but not that bad imo . Hazardous stuff like that movie is about hurts the entire country . They put dye in the acquifer in northeast Pa & 3 days later it was in the water at Ft Meade Md . I worry about future generations because of what careless & greedy people have done .

If the text is not center of the shape , it does not stay the same when I align to center of workspace , or to lower left of workspace for cutting .
