OMG!! WHAT A BARGAIN!!! There was a 16x20 over here for $1,000 on CL but after multiple calls with no call-back, I decided I better just buy new (hardly see these things go on sale over here)... hmmm....maybe they didn't call me back because I asked for a receipt from where they bought it from -

In CM2, I just checked, and yes, it's in GP-GL Now, from AI, I got File > CM2> cut > CM2 window pops up. I have to click on FILE>ADD JOB and then it gets me a list of folders... REALLY? it can't just bring up the picture of where it came from !!! -

SKEETER, I try to stay away from ZIP files, because before I was paying $50 or more year to unzip stuff and never really used it. But you were right, the computer did it like you thought Ok...so I downloaded the Cutting Master 2 to my computer and clicked on a few things to get it finished. Looked like everything worked properly because when I went into AI and clicked on the top where it says File, CM2 showed up. I opened up a simple phrase I had made last night and went File > CM2 > cut and the CM2 opened up.....But nothing happened...I tried a few buttons and then nothing happened (with the cutter turned on). So I closed the CM2 window and that made my AI lock-up. shit....2 minutes later, message popped up and said CM2 had timed out, do you want to reconnect. I clicked no and then AI was useable again..... damn...... -

Ok, I found it, thanks...but it says: On driver and software, the file is compressed in the ZIP format. It is required to decompress before use. Damn...does that mean I have to buy WINZIP for it??!! -

I'm trying to download Cutting Master 2 off the Graphtec website, but all I can find is Cutting Master 3. I got an OLD version of AI (CS2) from my friend and he suggested CM2 might work better since the AI CS2 is such an old version, but what...are they no longer offering CM2 now?? **(the cd's that came with my cutter only has Cutting Master 3 on it). I saw this before...for that BIG of a wall sticker, do you really make money off of something this big (only $40?) The cost of that much vinyl AND your time to design it (I guess if you have a few templates, it doesn't take long), , cut it, weed it, time to wrap it up, mail it etc?? -

I don't have your machine, but if it just stopped working like that, 1st thing I would do is check if there is a fuse that blew out (either at your panel to your house, then the machine's fuse). Please let us know when you get it fixed, to help others ! -

You put a little white border around the letters that overlap the orange or was it the "cut-out" in the orange and it had a little space around the words? Either way, I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!! -

rivied, would the bottom slot for the lights be a hair smaller than the slot for the glass, so the glass doesn't sit directly on top of the lights? -

My wife tried that cream on her craft stuff....doesn't etch very deeply at all....looks too hokey for me....Sandblasting is MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But if she did it for car shows and other venues, and you want to try it out, I think Michael's and other Craft Supply stores carry it !!!!!!!!!! Shoot, if you've seen how it comes out on her stuff and she had good luck selling it, then GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!! Just ask the clerk for etching cream for glassware....
