Correction, I choose just 2 letters and it welded, then selected the other and it all welded fine. here you go, for some reason it would not weld, while selecting all three letters..

He/she sent me the letters, and it will not weld in Corel Draw X7 either. I converted to curves broke apart etc., and it still won't weld
-
Maybe post the file on here to see if it welds with that program or other programs..

700 pieces, that's a lot of inventory & money to have tied up (not to mention customers wanting their goods, I would assume), as far as Slammed, I have to break out my spare liver at about 4:00 everyday..

It won't open in Corel, but imported in Flexi and....it's not a vector

Do you have the latest firmware installed?
-
Have you tried a silicone sheet, or a teflon sheet, while pressing?

Primal, take no offence, but you need settle down with the attitude, you posted your work, people are going to critique it, "like it or not"..

That's on the guy who installed it, but I agree with you

Take this vector a part and make your self the letters you need and voila!

We had this unit for a while when we needed to finish a couple of bigger jobs ( a back up), it served us well, sold it for $175.00 a few years later.

I would think you have to reset from the machine itself, not your computer. It should read cond. 1,tool, 09U for a (blue tip blade holder) or 15 u for the 1.5mm blade holder, offset 0, force, your choice, speed your choice,(I run mine between 10-15) Quality 2

Maybe try resetting to factory defaults, it looks like Graphtec, so maybe they work the same. Power off the unit, then while turning on the machine at the same time as you turn on hold the up arrow.

I don't use that brand of plotter, but a good sharp 60* degree blade would be where I would start with, you'll have to experiment until you find that sweet spot. What brand of glitter vinyl are you using? Sometimes you may have to make 2 passes, let the machine do the work, not the blade, (as in to much exposed) I have cut thousands of yards of the stuff with very little troubles, other than dull or bad blades.

Does cut master 2 or 3 support that plotter?

Maybe on sale from that company, this is right from CD web page:

Maybe Home & Student version?

Sure, you can send me a pm along with your artwork for quotes, if you'd like.
