The tire decals I've installed are thick and cut out of rubber. You basically superglue them to the tire.

    Cleaning Anodized Aluminum Engraving

You need to look into getting a better product. Anodized aluminum shouldn't been scratching like that if it's done properly.

    Vinylmaster

You really can't go wrong with the Pro version. I've been using it for over a year now and it's just easy to use. I kind of wish I would have went with the expert for the extra raster tools but that's only used if you're doing stuff with photos and sublimation.

    My WF 7520 died

I changed the ink on my Epson 7520 and after doing a nozzle check and attempting a cleaning it's dead. When you turn it on it tries to do it's self check and then comes up with "print error, Turn off and Turn on." I called Epson and they said it's dead also. So I'm in the market for a new printer. Does anyone have any experience with the Workforce 3620?

    cutting paper

Your cutter isn't designed to cut paper like that. Matter of fact you're ruining your cutting strip on you plotter. This is going to cause you alot of headaches in the future when you want to cut vinyl. There's no way you'll be able to cut paper without a carrier sheet. I would google plotter carrier sheet or cricket carrier sheet and you'll find a ton of information on how to use one.

    My WF 7520 died

It'll be used about 95% of the time as a regular printer for paperwork. The other 5% will be shirt transfers.
