    Help with windshield lettering?

Ok, I just checked, and she don't have anything that old, but this might help. First, if you DO go to a local yard, you can just ask if they have a Hollander #270-04567A. That is the part number! Next, if they don't have that part, the interchange is; Century 78-80, Cutlass 78-87, Lemans 78-81, Malibu 78-87, Monte Carlo 78-88, Regal 78-87, and Sprint (GMC) 78-87. If you can't find one at a salvage yard, you might want to check with a glass shop. If you explain your situation, they MAY allow you to measure one of theirs. Be sure to account for the chrome trim, if there IS any on the vehicle when measuring! Good luck, ad I hope this helped you! Have a Happy and SAFE Holiday!

    Help with windshield lettering?

If you need a windshield, you might want to find a local salvage yard. I am sure they would let you measure one of theirs. My Girlfriend owns a salvage yard, and I will ask her if they have an 86 Monte Carlo, and check on that drop, if you'd like!

Laser Point 2 has blank screen

Just a suggestion, but I would probably double check the USB cable, and/or THAT connection. The board could STILL be reading a signal from the switch as being a closed circuit. The spring inside the switch could still be giving you the impression that it is working properly, when the actual contacts are still engaged. Good luck, and keep us posted as to what the cure is. I have a LP II, as well!

    Testing phase

Wow! I have just been doing a single press! I will have to try the double tap method! I guess this is what my Momma meant when she said "shut up, and listen". Well actually, I think she may have been trying to teach me how to pay bills, er sumthin!!!

Heat Press Grill Cheese PoBoy Shrimp Sandwich

It can be done with one press, IF you slice them thin enough!

    Almost done! (And random)

I am just curious about something? Exactly HOW can a customer be wrong when they are telling you what they want? I would LOVE to know where the authority comes from, to tell the customer that can be wrong when describing what THEY want! I cut and weeded an entire set of "decals" for a big truck. Sadly I wasn't allowed to install them, and the driver (the one who installed them) just did a horrible job, and I even asked him to not tell ANYBODY I did that work! But, I made the $450.00!!!

Inexpensive cutter for reflective heat transfer

I have cut smaller with my LP II, but not with the reflective vinyl. I guess that is pretty hard to cut?
  11. I can honestly say that I have only had 1 run in with anyone at US Cutter, but then again, I have only dealt with them a few times. I consider the issue I had to be serious, and it never was resolved, but I got over it. I can also say that Sam, in Memphis, has ALWAYS been top notch. Of course, I can just go to Memphis, and get what I need. Hard to screw that up! Good luck big guy, and I hope everything works out for ya!

    bad storm

We got 1 3/4 inches in about 3 hours or so. But we live in nearly 100% sand, so we are pretty dry by now. We also had a bit of wind, around midnight, but nothing serious! Hope everything works out for ya!

Anyone need any discount remodedelling done?

That is EXACTLY why I have the customer write down what they want! If I see a misspelled word, I will point it out. If they say that is what they want, that is what they get! But, if THEY write it down, then I am clean! I inform them that whatever THEY write, is what I cut! Sometimes, a misspelled word, will catch the eye, too. I am SURE this isn't one of those cases where it was done on purpose, though!!!

    give me your price!

I would have to go along with the gang, as it were. I would have to have around $600.00. Plus any prep time, and "other" services that were required. Good Luck with it!

    todays projects

I just wonder how the vinyl will stand up to a dishwasher, and/or cleaning chemicals. Oh, I happen to like the idea! It looks great, to me!!!

First "all my own" Rhinestone Work

Looks like complete success, to me! My partner is wanting to get into doing some stones, too. Beautiful work! On a side note, I would agree with you, concerning the top stone. Somehow, it just seems outta place, don't it?

    shoot 1 shirt

In Wisconsin, where my Brother lives, if a business has a sign prohibiting a weapon, then the owner assumes all responsibility for your safety and welfare, while inside or on the premises! I wonder if it is like that in all states? Personally, I happen to think that open carry should be the law of the land, but who am I?

    Hello from ontario, canada

Welcome from Arkansas! Yes we marry our sisters, but only so we don't have to deal with In laws during the Holidaze!!!

    Video gamers?

I have a PS 3 slim, but don't get to play it much. I got my girl hooked on Halo, but when we got the new system, we decided to go with the PS3, because it would play Blurays. I wish we had done the Xbox, so we could have finished the Halo series!! Damm listen to me, I sound like a 17 year old!!! I'm purtneer 60!!!
  20. I only live about 45 minutes from the Memphis Warehouse, and I love it! If I am late placing my order and I HAVE to have it, I can run down there and just pick it up! They are great people to work for, and I love doing business with people like that! There WAS one slight issue I had with C/S, but that was resolved, and I am very satisfied with everyone I have dealt with, so far at US Cutter!

Some of my latest things I've done

Oh, I was thinkin maybe "new" customer! I had a "friend" wait almost2 weeks, before picking his order up. I didn't get a deposit either, and was starting to get a bit nervous!!!

Some of my latest things I've done

Jaybird, I hope you got a deposit for at least enough to cover your materials!!! I require a minimum of 50%. That way, I at least have my material covered! However, I have already ran into an issue that I HOPE don't wind up eatin my lunch for me! Customer comes in wanting shirts for a softball team. We were to order the shirts, because they wanted what we didn't stock (magine THAT!) My partner found the style shirts, and got approval. When the shirts came in, the sizes we ordered were exactly as the customer had requested, but EVERY one of them, was too small! So, my partner told the customer that we would supply the labor to make it right, if they would supply the materials. Meaning that they would bring us the shirts, AND paying for the vinyl, and electricity. But, for some reason, I get the feeling that the customer isn't going to pay for the materials! We will see how it works out!!!

    Customer Service

Chris, I am sorry as well. I did allow my emotions to creep in, and that is not good business. I am sure we will be working together again. Probably soon, if I know me! Have a wonderful week, and keep up the good work! Thank you for your assistance, by the way.

    Customer Service

Well, there is no sense in being all worked up about things! Life is just a journey anyway. no sense in all the drama, and BS! If he was a good customer he will understand, and if he wasn't I probably don't need his business, anyway! As far as Chris, I just happen to believe we caught each other at a bad moment. We are both human, and all that! It's all good, and will only get better, if we will allow it! I feel I am a better person for having "met" as it were, the friends I have met here on this forum, as well as at US Cutter! Sam in Memphis, is as good a person as I have ever done business with!
