there is a setup charge. its just in the quote. the reason silkscreen is high is cause you need to print 5 films then coat the screen then burn 5 screens wash them out and let them dry. tape them off add ink print and so on. going transfers is your best bet I would say but depends on how many shirts your doing.

When I brought my cutter I did the same thing they gave me a serial to use. I don't use it much now since I have my graphtec but they hooked it up.

I like using thermoflex over siser . Maybe cause every place I shop only have that. I have used siser and it's thin but you have to have your blade perfect. Don't forget to mirror your image. And for the sublimation printer if you don't have customers don't go with Epson .

depends on the person My race bike tires last 1 race lol. or 3 if I was being silly. every race we had new tires. and the decals would last 1 race before they start to peel and rub off.

When I was sponsored by Michelin I always got them free. there nothing but a printable clear decal. you just clean the tire and rub it on like he did. I use to have hundreds of them. they give them to all there sponsor riders. or you can get some from a supercross or motorcross national race. just talk to the guy changing the tire and try to start a convo with him. as he's changing the tire there usually in the tool box right buy it. ask when there is no other people around and hell slide you a few. or just say he my son is sponsored thru you guys and he didnt get not tire decal in his package and he will slide you about 20. 10 sets. this was a few of my pitbikes we raced at the supercross and what got me sponsored thru them lol. everyone that knows the last supercross this was monster alley we got

I use clean cut only less pressure and cuts like a charm..

nice but you have to much pressure on the front with the car you can see the press burn or your hats are the cheap ones. to eliminate that you don't have to clamp down on the hat just let it barely sit on top of the hat and design for the same amount of time. also try siser brick on it you'll love it.

just a little update. I tell him to send it back when it comes and don't open the package. he tells me that he's not paying for return shipping and I should I tell him that I paid for shipping to him plus got $100 insurance on it. now to let y'all know this is a Supreme Box Logo T shirt. He tells me forget get it then hell just go thru eBay and get his money back and be able to keep the shirt and calls me a idiot. I'm saying in my head no your a idiot to pay $100 for a t-shirt with a $.05 logo that's printed on a American Apparel Hammer T that American Apparel makes. shit Supreme don't even make there own t-shirts. So I call eBay and talk to the lady about it she says yes I see all your messages from the first to the last and to where he called you a idiot. she says she's documenting it and if he file a case that it will go in my favor as she said the item is showing its in route and how can he know it fake when he has not received and that also I offer to refund his money if he sent it back and he said he's not paying to ship it back and that hell just open a case and keep the shirt and get his money back.
I was go show ebay all his messages but she said they get all there messages anyway. lol

that ink is from the paper you have to look on the front and back of the paper for ink that the printer will leave on it. I usually cut all my subs to the image. and you should be pressing at 60 seconds @ 385* or 45 second @ 400*. I use parchment paper to but my press has teflon covers top and bottom.

are you using the powder adhesive for it. also make sure you send the paper thru the conveyor before you print on it and get into doing multi colors cause you will loose registration. I stop making transfers cause I use waterbase ink.
-
dont forget to mirrow your design before you cut it.

Ended up with the SG400 for many reasons, but a big one is, we don't use it daily...so a CISS system wasn't going to work so well. the HD inks are very, very nice (pricey? yes, but I'm building the cost into my product)Picked up a WF7610 for transfers. Needing to dial that one in because i'm just not seeing the vibrance in color on the transfer paper that illustrator is showing.
your not going to see it cause the monitor will not show it. you have to print a rgb swatch list to see it. conde has a swatch list for reveal rgb paper with rgb codes. check it out.
Some new plastisol transfers I made
