what version of Flexi are you using? 7.6, 8.1, 8.5, 8.6, 10?

make sure it has the USB dongle with it... that proves it is REAL LXI software and not some copy/pirated/cracked software. The USB dongle has the password for REAL versions.

sounds like you have your blade offset too high. run test cuts at .25 ,,,,most run around .25 + or - a little

If that bottom word listed FREINDS is supposed to be "FRIENDS" (as in pals, buddies) it is spelled wrong.

if you go to the UScutter.com website and find the Copam, go to the options below the cutter and you will see it is a Roland blade, 45 degree for most cutting, 60 degree for more detailed/fine work. Yes, You can have two different versions of Flexi,on a computer. but you have to have the dongle in to open it. It is the password. Flexistarter is pretty ez. Not all the options of FlexiPro. It is just a cutting software basically.

That would be a price for Flexistarter8.6, Not FlexisignPro. 8.6 unless they are real dumb .... did you ask? In my Flexistarter8.6 it's listed under CE5000-40 CRP

what size is your CraftRobo? Isn't there numbers on your machine? There are different Craft Robos... What version is yours? Personally I would not spend $4000 for new Flexi software. Buy a new cutter instead.

are you sure Signcut comes with a Graphtec? This guy is fighting to get his Graphtec CraftRobo running that he just bought on USCUTTER Amazon site. His old Flexi8.1 doesn't have the drivers. So if he got Signcut with his new Graphtec Craft Robo, he could use it.

You have to watch someone selling Flexi on CL. ALOT of pirated software. Did you ask what version and if it came with the USB dongle? REAL Flexi has a USB dongle password. Without the USB dongle it is cracked, pirated. The CE5000-40 CRP was on my Flexistarter 8.6, but not on Flexistarter 8.5 Also did you get a FREE 1 year Signcut cutting software, with your Graphtec?

I just use Flexistarter 8.6 with my Graphtec. Flexistarter 10 is out now. can be bought for about $130.00 You can design in inkscape FREE, just a thought. Did you just purchase, the Craftrobo? and did you get Signcut with it?

when I purchased my new CS2, It came with a book about an inch thick. Could walk you thru anything. No books coming out with later versions?

alot of people have connected with windows 7 and no problems, it's done everyday, personally I don't upgrade, I stay back on an XP with XP backup computer, more stable, and can be found cheap on EBAY, you can find cheap XP desktops with serial port also, I have a computer that is totally dedicated to vinyl cutting. Nothing else. You will probably wish you had it on a serial port/KEYSPAN, before it's all over with, less dropping of data. The MH series cutters seems to also have limited memory, If it stops cutting large graphics you may want to purchase the 4 MB chip, goodluck.

Signblazer (all cutter version) shows Graphtec Craft Robo in it. Which would be a FREE software. Or possibly maybe the Graphtec CE3000-40 might work You have to switch your cutter to HP-GL to work with regular software Flexi/Signblazer etc.

Correct not a Graphtec, But you can download the Signblazer all cutter version. VinyL EXPRESS GRC-61 is listed in the set up. download in first post

also make sure your pinch rollers are directly over the bottom grid roller.
